This project transforms a 1960s industrial building into a contemporary multi-tenant office environment, anchored by Miller Architecture | Development’s headquarters. The design embraces the building’s existing character, pairing exposed concrete structure with curvilinear elements that introduce contrast and warmth. An art gallery doubles as the primary entry corridor, creating an engaging arrival experience that offers curated views into the workspace beyond. A range of workstations and meeting spaces supports collaboration and efficiency while maintaining transparency for visitors. The result is a welcoming, flexible office that reflects Miller’s creative approach and the diversity of work produced for its clients.
