Originally constructed in 1939, the OSU Engineering South building has long provided CEAT (the College of Engineering, Architecture, and Technology) a prominent location in the heart of campus, adjacent to the Edmond Low Library.

The renovation transformed the facility into the front door for CEAT, housing recruiting, scholarships, career services, special programs, and two levels of offices. The interior was fully demolished to the structure, with all MEP systems replaced, while the exterior was restored in accordance with historic standards and upgraded with new energy-efficient windows.
