OU Health Campus Anatomy Laboratory

Transforming 13,200 square feet of existing basement space, this renovation establishes a modern, high-performance medical education environment capable of accommodating up to 96 students at a time. The project integrates the adjacent Skill Center with upgraded lab and morgue facilities, reconfiguring layouts to support evolving program needs and future enrollment growth.

Architectural finishes, lighting, and building systems received a comprehensive upgrade to enhance functionality and user experience. New mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are carefully coordinated to meet the specialized demands of medical training, ensuring the facility meets or exceeds regional standards for medical education spaces.

Delivered through a collaborative CMAR approach, the project prioritizes flexibility, durability, and long-term performance. Strategic multi-year phasing maintained full operational continuity throughout construction, maximizing efficiency within a constrained footprint without disruption to ongoing programs.
